BOG time?

I want to go here for lunch one day I am here but I can't find opening times for lunch on disneys website just when dinner starts at 4 which worries me. Does it open at 10 or 11 for the QS lunch? Or does disney not posting times mean it won't be open for lunch when I'm there is late september? Thank you!!
