Is Boardwalk within walking distance to BC? I'm thinking of eating dinner at Cape May after going to Boardwalk. Should I make a PS for Cape May?

I suggest that you do make a PS for the Cape May. The Clam Bake dinner is very popular.......and very, very good!
    Enjoy!

The clam bake is great. Plenty of selections for everyone even those who don't love seafood. You should make a PS though. It is popular.

You can walk to the Boardwalk or if you want you can take the Friendship boat over. I like to walk especially after the buffet.

Oooh! I love walking around the lake...especially at night. It's so pretty. This is my favorite area in all of WDW!

The other option is to take one of the boats across. Cape May Cafe is very popular, so PS is recommended. Later in the evening is less busy.
You can also go there directly from Epcot or MGM. The boats run in a circle. I usually walk from the WS exit at Epcot. It is about 10 minutes to the center of BC, but is a nice walk along the water.
