Sounds like you've got a good plan set up for your upcoming week too!! Awesome loss this week!! Since you've increased your exercise, it may be that your body is letting you know that it isn't getting enough nutrition. You may be using more energy than you realize and your body is holding on to what you are eating because it feels like you are putting it into starvation mode. Maybe play around with your points a little more mixing up your high/low days, etc. Stick to your plan and it will kick back in for you. I have trouble getting my fruit and dairy in but with the COW it does make me think about it more and try harder to get it in. I had started this post and had to leave...if I missed you it wasn't intentional and I'll try to pick it back up later this afternoon.
