How is everyone? I am having a major flareup of my back/hip/glute issues. It stresses me out a bit with the race on Saturday, but mostly I am more stressed out about flying. Something about sitting still and not moving that makes it worse. I have no idea what caused it to be so bad right now. It started Monday and has just been getting worse and none of my usual ways of dealing with it are helping. Hope everyone is having a good week.
