Best way to get two rooms next to each other at AoA?

My mom decided ot join us on our trip, we would like to book two rooms next to each other. Is it best to just call and ask? Trip is second week of nov. The other thing.....we want to book our package and will be putting it all on one card....we live in ny my mom in Maine, not traveling together. Will they send her the luggage tags and let us arrange her travel on magic express separately?

When you book both room you can request that they be adjoining (next to) each other or connecting (with a door in between). This will only be a request and cannot be guaranteed.

Each room will have to book Magical Express separately, so when you book the room for you mom make sure they have her address to send the luggage tags to.
