Best sugar free desserts?

Hi All
We will be at WDW for five days next week. I am looking for suggestions as to the best sugar free desserts both at counter service and table restaurants. Last year I was really sick of sf brownies. I would like to go in with a "best of" list.

My niece likes the sugarfree chocolate mousse in Norway

I really liked the sugar-free cheesecake I had at Coral Reef. I did not like the sugar-free dessert trio I had at CA Grill.

I loved the sugar-free mango gelato at Cosmic Ray's. There was also a really good SF dessert at ABC Commissary, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was

The cheesecake at Flying Fish was very good, but they do change their menu so it might not be there.
