Best Night for Palo

First time cruisers here ............7 night Western in June. Wondering what your opinion would be regarding booking a night for Palo. Travelling with 2DS 12 and 13. Won't want to miss pirate night or formal night with sons. Any suggestions for both brunch and dinner would be appreciated.

We had dinner at Palo on the Thursday evening of our western cruise. It worked out perfectly for us. Lobster was served in all the dining rooms. It was great in Palo--a special treat!!

Palo is not to be missed, if you can't get a ressie before you leave don't worry
we were put on a waiting list after we boarded and had lots of calls for openings for dinner. We still talk about how good the food was at Palos and we have been to many nice restaurants around the world.
