We are in the midst of planning a trip for my FIL's company and thier families so about 40 people probably. What would be a good hotel for a larger group in each price range? Thanks!

I did a couple events at Coronado Springs Resort and one at GF. I also exhibited at tradeshows held at the Dolphin.

CSR wins my vote hands down. Plus I have the BEST convention services manager to work with there! PM me if you want her information.

Disney has always given me really good convention rates and the service is unbeatable.

are you planning a "trip" (as in vacation) or a convention/series of meetings w/some vacation activities thrown in?

if it's solely recreational, i suggest POFQ for the moderate price range... it's lovely, has everything you'd need and is quite compact so even if you're in diff't buildings you're all near each other but not on top of each other, kwim?

for a value resort i'd recommend pop century...

for a deluxe, i'd go w/wilderness lodge, but just 'cause there's something about it that tickles me!

then i'd suggest contacting a Magical Gatherings specialist at wdw and ask their opinion... i'm sure they'll give the pros and cons of each resort for a group that size... will you be attempting to do group activities? private dining might be a great help as well... are you familiar w/some of the amazing private dining options out there? you can have private dinner parties in the parks, sometimes *in* the rides (i.e. in the great movie ride at mgm), or on the beach at the various resorts... all kinds of options!

personally... if it were me, i'd go a little lower priced on the resort (i.e. a mod instead of a deluxe) and do some once-in-a-lifetime experiences instead...

    value - Pop
moderate - POR or CSR (it has more things to do)

    deluxe

okay where are you spending the majority of your time.

if MK or Epcot - then Polyn

if Epcot or Studios - then BW, BC - okay YC and D/S too.

    Polyn has the monrail service.

the others have boat or walking to both parks.
