Best Counter Service in the countries at Epcot

My kids drug me to the Nacho's and tacos and Churro's of the Cantina all the time. Thank god they had Beer to wash it down with.

Now, my wife and I prefer to just snack around the countries for lunch ahead of a big signature Dinner. My favorite (and you can get the fish and chips here) is just to order a Harp and appetizers from the pub menu at R&C. Scotch Egg and a battered Banger and chips are a pretty cool split for lunch.

I had a bad experience at Tangerine once and while I never usually mark a place off the list after one bad experience, I can't make myself go in there yet.

For a Quick Meal
1. Tangerine Cafe (always great food)
2. Sunshine Seasons (consistent food quality with a large variety)
3. Beaches and Creme (I know it's not technically in EPCOT, but if you are in Britain or France, it's closer than half the other options:earboy2:)

For Snacks
1. France
2. Norway

Oh, Les Halles in France by a MILE. Every single time I had a day off during the last month or so of my CP, it would result in me somehow winding up eating one of those delicious cheese and bacon rolls there alongside a pastry- usually the raspberry/lemon cream macaron.

We like Les Halles both for breakfast or lunch. Sommerfest for a bratwurst and potato salad (daughter and I always get this at least once each trip). Not a huge fan of Liberty Tavern (but never had their burger), Lotus Blossom, Katsura Grill or the Mexican place. Morocco menu doesn't appeal to us so we haven't tried. We had fish n chips last trip and it was super greasy -- don't know if that is normal or not but wasn't good. Last two trips we've been during either Flower & Garden or Food & Wine so we've mostly skipped the QS places and ate at the food booths.

I will go out on a limb here and say that normally the fish and chips at Yorkshire are normally not greasy. Its the same fish and chips they serve in the Rose and Crown. You must have gotten it on a really off day. We are local's and a couple of weeks ago shared a basket for a snack as our dinner ADR's were like at 8:50, they were hot and tasty.

My DH is a super picky eater, so we often end up at Liberty Inn, but I do have to say this past year it was the best QS burgers we had. They used brioche buns instead of the nasty Disney buns.

I've also heard the steak there is pretty decent. Have been keeping it in mind for my DD who loves steak in any way, shape or form.

Les Halle's is always great, and we must have a Norway club sandwich served warm each trip!

Also we found the Yorkshire fish n chips greasy so haven't been back there last couple trips.
