Best affordable condo near Disney

Another Windsor Hills fan here. We had a really great experience here on our 2013 trip and felt we got an excellent value for our money for what we paid for a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo, especially considering the proximity to the Disney parks (a ten minute drive on average, even less for Animal Kingdom). The community is gated and consists of privately owned 2 and 3 bedroom condos, townhouses, and 4-6 bedroom houses that usually have a private pool. There are playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, a putting green, picnic areas, a clubhouse with a gym, movie theatre, and sundry shop, and a beautiful and heated lagoon style main pool with zero depth entry and water slide and separate jacuzzi and splash pad. We loved that the main pool never seemed crowded and the community overall is very family friendly, quiet, and well maintained. We rented our unit through a management company called Florida Sun Vacation Homes and thought our unit was very clean and up to date. Other popular rental management companies include Magical Vacation Homes, All Star Vacation Homes, and Vacation Central Florida.
