Bell Services @ mods?

Do the mods have bell services? For example can I unload my car @ POFQ main bldg. and have them deliver my bags while I'm in the parks?

I am asking for a friend. I don't believe that they will deliver any bags to any room at any resort, while you are not in the room unless you used Magical Express. Thanks for your replies in advance.

You are correct. You have to be in the room to have Bell Services deliver your bags, and they do have the service at POFQ.
