Hello everyone,
I'm recently a new member of DVC and already looking at going to DLRP as one of our upcoming trips....
But...
I had a question to anyone else who's "pooh-sized" (aka fat.. lol) out there.
I'm about 5'8" - Size 28 U.S.
I have no problems riding anything at WDW, is there anything I should be aware of at DLRP? I didn't know if rides were any more restricting or anything such as that. I basically don't want to waste my points if I can't ride things and have a good time. Any advice/experiences would be appreciated!

TIA!:wizard:

Hiya, i am Pooh sized as well ( love the description) and did not have any trouble when i went in 2005, but obviously can't comment on any of the newer rides.

Hi there,

I if you are Pooh size, then I am heffalump size. I am 6ft2, and at my worst weighed 390lbs with a 58 inch chest and 54 inch waist. And I am a disney vet having ridden every Disney attraction created in California, Orlando and Paris between 1974 and today (except the Orange Stinger). I am now down to 330lbs, 54in chest, 48 waist and we went in June 2006 (I'll explain why this matters in a mo).

At Paris I can ride everything in DLP, though here are some tips:

In the coasters take the front seats of each car, there is more leg room.

In Star Tours, pull the seatbelt out before sitting down.

In Orbitron, ride on your own (I manage with my 4 YO though).

In WDS - The two new rides - Cars and Crush were snug. I may have been able to Cars at my biggest, but I only just got on Crush.

But it sounds like you are smaller than me, so you can probably enjoy!!! I know I do!
