What is a Beaver Tail? I have heard good things about it, but have no idea what it actually is.

It's like a cross between a pancake and a waffle in a way........ really good pastry thingie. You can have it plain, or with different toppings on it. Here's the menu: http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menu_tb.htm

    and an explanation.

    Enjoy!!!

Dh and I make it a point to swing through Canada at least once a trip for a beaver tail!! We like the regular powdered sugar ones, or the cinnamon (??) sugar ones. They are a little like fried dough too, but better.
