What have you been able to get for a CS credit at lunch? Would this meal be counted as one CS-Sandwich,Drink and Lemon mousse.

When we were there in june, a CS was a sandwich, drink and either an ice cream novelty, rice krispie treat or a bag of chips. I did find that it was more helpful to ask the cashiers than to ask the counter service help, (they weren't quite as knowledgeable). Also, you can use a snack credit to buy a whole box of donuts or an entire loaf of bread or a bag of bagels. They did have peanut butter, cream cheese and butter at their condiment counter, and no they would not take money for it.

Would a roast beef and brie sandwich, lemonade, and a macaroon chocolate chip bar be a CS meal?

With the CS, the snack could either be a bag of chips, rice krispie treat or ice cream bar (along with your sandwich). For a snack credit, there were many many options, from big bags of chips, to fruit, to candy, bottled pop etc.... All of the items were labeled very clearly. At the end of our trip we had quite a few snack credits left (always very full from the CS and TS) so we bought candy treats to take home as souvenirs.
