What was the first roller coaster in a Disney theme park with an inversion (to go upside down)?

A lot of you struggled with this. The correct answer was Indiana Jones et le Temple du Peril Which opened in 1993.

Although Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland have Space Mountain rides, which opened in 1975, 1977 and 1983, they do not have any inversions. Space Mountain at Disneyland Paris, which does have inversions did not open until 1995.

Matterhorn Bobsleighs does not feature any inversions.

Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster is a much more recent ride opening at MGM Studios in 1999 and at Walt Disney Studios in 2002
