Asking for a favor

So I used to walk to crossroads sometimes during my DCP Fall 15 program and I used to walk pass one of those Florida DOT accident markers. It was right by golden corral, before the underpass but after the turn on to I-4. I had taken a picture of it because everytime I walked I said a little prayer to keep me safe when walking but my phone refreshed and I lost all my pictures.
It would mean so much if someone could send me the name or picture of this little sign.

I don't know what's the right board to put it in so thought I'd put it here since its close to the complexes.
