I realize that it is truly possible to continue living without eating McDonalds every day! I seriously was eating McDonalds between 5-7 days a week. Last week I decided that I could eat anything off the meal menu every Thursday for lunch. And the rest of the week I was going to have to wait. I actually made it! And surprisingly it wasn't that hard. So, I am enjoying this food, guilt free. AND guess what????? I lost 5# this week! for a total loss of 7.5#!!! Ya think that had ANYTHING to do with my McDonald's issues?
