Aren't Graduations Grand! - May 2015 TR (New 10/30 - MK and California Grill)

I'm Back!

Hello, remember me? :wave2: The long-lost DISer?

Many apologies for my extended absence! Although I fell off the face of the DIS-earth for a few months, I do have a somewhat good reason:

Grant_zpslkljpyny.jpg

Meet G, my boyfriend of nearly five months. We were set up by a mutual friend (my mom's friend happens to be G's coworker) and hit it off swimmingly. Most (all? ) of my free time has been taken over, in addition to my usual smattering of time with friends, family, and girls' nights. I have a MOUNTAIN of trip reports to catch up on (seriously, SO MANY TRIP REPORTS!) so that may take me a while, but I promise to catch up and comment when I can! First, though, I will get the next post up for this report later today as I've kept you in suspense for so long.

Furthermore, as you can see from my ticker below, we're heading back to Disney World in just 16 days! I don't have enough time for a full pre-trip report, but I'll let you in on our plans in an upcoming post.

I hope you're all well and I can't wait to catch up on your trips! I've missed you!!!

Yay! I'm excited you decided to come back. I've been dying to know what happens with all of the surprises! And Yay for new boyfriends! I'm sure we can all relate to and understand why you've been MIA. :) Welcome back!

OMG I'm almost in tears. I'm so sorry!! I'm a dog lover so I can only imagine how hard this must be. What a beautiful and loyal dog too. So sorry for your loss.

Thank you so much, Kathy! It was a really rough week, but he had a wonderful life and was a wonderful dog, so I have to be happy about that.

This sounds like my absolute dream vacation because I don't like eating at TS restaurants alone, but would easily do parks alone - this sounds just perfect!!

I'm super excited about it! I can't believe that it's right around the corner!!! :yay:

First let me say how sorry I am that your dog passed. They are definitely members of our family and I know will be sadly missed. Second, if you've never been to EPCOT for the Flower and Garden Festival you are in for such a treat. It's my favorite time to visit. Pictures just don't do it justice.

Thank you! It was strangest for my parents, especially my mom, as they were so used to his presence.

I am SO excited to see Epcot for the Flower and Garden Festival! Life has been so crazy that I haven't had lots of extra planning time, but the framework (and ADRs!) are there so we should have a great time!

I'm sorry the past few weeks have been so rough for you. That's great news about your upcoming trip however. I think that will be the perfect balance between solo and having someone to be there with you sometimes.

Thank you, I really appreciate it. My mom is really excited about coming along - she hasn't been on a vacation in far too long!

Oh yuck. I hate that.

And I'm taking this as a mental note to remember to check and restock my bait stations this weekend.

I just try to be nice and make sure they stay fed outside so they don't want to come into the house to look for food. And if what I give them to eat happens to be a little poisonous... :rolleyes1

Would you believe I never found the darn mouse?! I set up multiple traps but he never set any of them off. >:( (I was somewhat okay with that as that means I didn't have to touch him, but good grief, where did he go?) I'm guessing he either escaped my house or got trapped somewhere and died quietly as I haven't seen any signs of him since.

Oh no! That's awful! I don't think you went overboard at all, you definitely don't want to introduce them to your house! I'm just glad that you managed to catch it so that you could take precautions.

I managed to avoid that infestation as well! Yuck, but go, me!

Sorry to hear this. It is never easy to lose a pet.

No, it certainly isn't.

:jumping1:

This trip should be a lot of fun! I'm really happy for you. It will definitely be nice to have your mom there do have some meals and do some things with, but I'm sure you'll have a blast getting some solo park time.

I'm REALLY excited about the solo park time! I think she may join me in the parks occasionally (especially around meal time), but I think it will be great to dart from attraction to attraction without anyone holding me up!

I am so sorry that you have had such a rough week!

{{HUGS}} to you and your family. Losing a fur baby is extremely difficult. It is especially hard with large dogs since their life span is so short. (too short for me at least!)

I am glad you have a new ticker to make you happy! I am looking forward to when my son is finally out of college (Dec 2016) so I can have him back for a WDW travel companion.

Take care!

Lynn

Thanks, Lynn! Thankfully, I survived (and then I met Grant the next week, so life certainly turned around!).

It's amazing how much they become a part of your life. I certainly miss him!

A trip with your son sounds great! I know my mom is really looking forward to our upcoming trip. :goodvibes

Well, hi there stranger! Been a while.
Oh, sure. You meet a guy and all of a sudden we're just chopped liver!
(Good. That's the way it should be.)
Beautiful picture of you guys BTW.

What a stressful time! You seemed to have handled it much better than I would... Hope you get rid of all your pests!

Indeed I did! Thank goodness!

That's awful awful news, I'm so sorry. What an absolutely gorgeous boy, and looks so happy :flower3:
I was there a couple of years ago, we lost our first dog in Feb 2013, he was just 4 years old and he got leukemia :sad2: what a cruel, cruel world. After some treatment we had to choose the unselfish route and put him to sleep. I was devastated, and I cried for like a week. And on and off for the next month or so, as did my Mother.
Only some people understand how dogs are true family members, and I am one of those people! I understand your sadness, and I'm so so sorry!

It was not a great way to cap off the week, but he wasn't doing well so we didn't want to keep him in pain. It was most tough on my mom as he was with her every day, but it's good that time makes it easier. I have a lovely picture of the two of us (the same as the one I posted), sitting in a frame in my bedroom. :-)

:jumping1:

What an awesome way to feel better after a terrible week! I'm so excited for you!

Let us know if you get a PTR going, I'd love to hear about your plans :goodvibes

I won't have time for a full PTR, but I'll be sure to give you all a preview of our upcoming trip in a future post!

First, I'm so sorry about your dog. It's never easy, ever.

But so exciting that you have a new ticker!! I love getting a new ticker! Going during flower and garden is on my bucket list, maybe in 2017...:scratchin

I don't comment often but I've really been enjoying your TR. How cool that your Mom is going with you on your next trip. Sounds like you get the best of both worlds, solo touring time and a dinner companion! I think for me eating alone, especially dinner would be hard. Hope your next week is better!

Thanks, Kelly, I really appreciate it! I agree that it's never easy.

I'm SO excited to see Epcot for the Flower and Garden Festival! I hope you'll all enjoy looking at hundreds of pictures of plants!

My mom is really excited about coming with me. I would be fine eating along, but I think it will be more fun with someone along!

That's okay. Life sometimes gets in the way. We get it.

Just like it did the last five months!

At first I read that as you had a "Moose loose in the hoose".

Maybe I'm tired.

Probably.

Or Canadian? ;)

Agreed. Whimsical character versus disgusting, home wrecking vermin.

::yes:: Yes. Not even close.

Ugh! No!

No. No you did not.

Yes, I certainly did. Goodness, it was awful. Thankfully my over-the-top containing methods worked and I never had them in my house! Win!

Ohhhhh.... Jenny, I'm so, so sorry to hear this.

He sounds like a wonderful pup.

 So sorry for your loss.

Thanks so much. It was a tough way to cap off the week, but it was a blessing that he was no longer in pain. He was a wonderful dog.

:jumping1:

A non-solo, solo trip....
Make sure you take in some Star Wars activities so you can have a Han Solo, non-solo, solo trip.
And when it's over you can say "So long, Han Solo, non-solo, solo trip so now I feel so low."

Yep. Definitely tired.

:rotfl:

That's great!

Yes, I think it will work rather well.

Agreed! I loved the solo part and being able to do my own thing... but it did get lonely in the evening when I was winding down and wanting to share with someone.

I'm really looking forward to it!

Ah ha! You're starting to sound like me!
"I wonder if I can book a trip since _________ (fill in DIS friend's name. Maybe yours.) will be there then?"

Oh, good, at least I'm not the only one who thinks like that!

So sorry about the rough week you've been having and especially for the loss of your fur baby.

But how exciting that you have another trip planned! Sounds great to have the solo time, but also your mom to have dinner with. :thumbsup2 Look forward to hearing all about it!

Thank you so much, Dugette. It was rough, but it was nice to have him as long as we did. He was a great dog.

Our trip is just around the corner and I'm SO excited about it! I'm looking forward to the solo time but also to introducing my mom to all these great restaurants I've discovered! :hyper:

Sorry to hear about Biscuit, but it sounds like he had a wonderful life with you and you have lots of memories to look back on and remember him by :)

Jeepers re your creepers! Hope you have the mouse situation sorted soon, I had a mouse once wake me up with his scurrying in the night and then made a mad dash across a plastic bag which scared the cr@p out of me :scared: not fun!

Awesome news re your upcoming trip. Flower and Garden festival looks like a fun time to go, Epcot always looks so pretty in bloom and you get to try all the cool food booths as well :cutie:

Thanks so much, Stefy. It was tough, but I'm glad we have the good memories of a great dog.

Yes, I never found the mouse but had no further issues after the initial sightings. I also never got the bedbugs in the house - score!

Our upcoming trip should be great! I'm really looking forward to both the scenery AND the food booths! :goodvibes

Usually our church ends Sunday services with the preacher saying, "Be a blessing to someone today." And I always say to my son James, "Ooo, ooo, pick me! Pick me! Be a blessing to me!"

I love it!

Yes, even after several of these my family is still a little wary. But it's only natural since they have zero connection to these people, and they aren't on the Boards to realize how much we do learn about one another on here. (Which in a way, may be a good thing!)

It's definitely a good thing! I've really missed everyone during my absence!

Looking forward to hearing what you thought about it.

The Revue Review, coming up shortly!

Yikes. Makes me think of lice. Don't ask me why. (But I was veeery close to shaving a little girls' head one day, probably a little more than 10 years ago.)

Both bedbugs and lice are BAD, BAD BUGS. Yuck to both of them.

Aw, I'm so sorry to hear about Biscuit. It's always very difficult losing a much-loved pet.

Thanks so much, Glenn.

Yay! Congrats. I'm glad your mom can travel with you. I'm sure you'll have some great bonding time.

Yes, I believe we will! It should be great!

So sorry to hear about your hard week. I do not think you went overboard with the bed bugs. I would have done the same thing. I hope you catch that mouse. I'm so sorry about your precious dog Biscut. He is a beautiful dog. It's so exciting that you are planning another trip. I'd love to read a ptr. I hope this week goes better for you.

Thank you so much! Thankfully, I never got the bedbugs in the house so I think I did just the right amount of "overboard". :-) I never caught the mouse, but he either ran away or died in a place where I haven't found him yet, so at least he's gone!

It was tough to lose Biscuit, but I'm glad I could be there.

I can't believe it's just around the corner. SO EXCITED!!!

Oh no I'm so sorry about Biscuit! :( He looks so cute and very happy in that picture! Very sorry for your loss and hope your family is doing ok.

Aaack mice and bedbugs! I have an irrational fear of both. Sorry you had to go through that too. Wow what a crazy week!

Yay on the new ticker!!! So excited you'll be there for F and G too! It's really quite amazing to see the topiaries in person. I think you and your mom will have a wonderful time especially eating at all the restaurants and food kiosks! I like how you'll have some solo time too! Sounds like the best of both worlds!

Loved your sister's reaction to the big reveal! So excited you're going to Universal!! I can't wait to see what the new HP area looks like!

Aww Tracy!! Hi Tracy!! She indeed feels like a long lost friend! :)

Thank you, Su-Lynn. It was tough to say goodbye, but necessary as he was no longer doing well.

I now have an irrational (or perhaps now it's rational) fear of them, too! Thankfully, both problems resolved themselves. Thank goodness.

I'm super excited to see everything in person! I'm happy about both the solo time and introducing my mom to so many good restaurants. It should be wonderful!

Yes, she does! Tracy is great!

I'm sorry to hear about your pup. I know how it is to lose pets. But on a happier note I LOVE your Trip Report! I can't wait to read more!

:welcome: Thanks so much for reading! I'm sorry you had to wait such a long time for the next update!

Thanks for your kind words about Biscuit!

I have joined in for the adventure and am all caught up! I love the idea of all the surprises for your sister! And her reactions are great, it is awesome that you were able to catch them on video!

Travel days are always super tiring! I'm glad you got to go over to AoA to explore. We stayed there in October and it was a great time!

I certainly gave you plenty of time to catch up! Anika's reactions aren't overdramatic, but she was genuinely surprised at everything along the way. It was really fun!

I'm so glad we had time to check out AoA! It was beautiful!

OH MY GOODNESS!!! HOOP - DEE - DOO!!! That is on the top of my Disney Dining bucket list. I cannot wait to hear about your experience!

We definitely had a strong reaction to it - review is coming up!

YAY!!! We may be going in May 2016 as well! I really want to experience F&G and see all the amazing topiaries.

Oh, I'll have to check and see if you really are going in May! (And if you are, will we be there at the same time?!)

I am so very sorry about your family dog Biscuit. It is never easy to say goodbye to someone who has been in your family for a long time.

Thanks so much. It was definitely tough, but I'm glad he had such a good life.

I'm still staying tuned for that review of the revue! :duck:

Hopefully everything is okay with you! I've just found your reviews and have been reading them all weekend. I would love to see more in the future. I'm excited to see Anika's reaction to the Grand Floridian!

:welcome: I'm sorry you had to wait so long for the Revue review!

Spoiler alert... Anika MAY have been excited about the Grand Floridian. ;)

I know I hated when everyone harassed me about finishing my trip report, but this one is so FABULOUS! Please come back and finish!

Lynn

I'm here! I'm here! I'm sorry that I've been away for so long!

Yay! I'm excited you decided to come back. I've been dying to know what happens with all of the surprises! And Yay for new boyfriends! I'm sure we can all relate to and understand why you've been MIA. :) Welcome back!

Thanks so much!

Grant is pretty awesome - not much could keep me away from the boards for so long. Thanks for understanding!

Well, hi there stranger! Been a while.
Oh, sure. You meet a guy and all of a sudden we're just chopped liver!
(Good. That's the way it should be.)
Beautiful picture of you guys BTW.

Yes, it's been far too long!

Thanks so much! That's a picture of us at his work's Christmas party back in December (also known as Date #4). There have been many, many dates since then!

Hoop Dee, Hoop Dee, Hoop Dee Doo!
Day 1 - Part IV

It was finally time!

P1070154_zpskmfrg5ew.jpg

I was SUPER excited to see the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. It’s a major Disney experience – one of the few that we’d not yet taken part in. I’d thought about going during our 2012 trip and it crossed my mind again for our 2013 trip – it finally made the cut this year. The length of our trip meant it was silly not to go, plus I thought it was a great plan for the first night since we weren’t able to get into a park (I didn’t want to activate our tickets until coming back to Disney after our Universal stint).

Anika, on the other hand? She was less than thrilled. She was willing to play along but let me know that she thought I was nuts that we were spending our Disney time to see this. She was excited about the food, but that was about it. :sad2:

No matter her lack of enthusiasm – we were about to enjoy our first visit to Pioneer Hall:

P1070153_zpsrfez0muv.jpg

After we got our tickets and sat by the Frozen cart for a while, we got in line for our official picture:

PP7_zpsbivfdypq.jpg

I believe you can purchase the picture if you’re without Memory Maker, but this was added right to our account after I scanned my flashy new magic band.

We then stood in another line to be escorted into Pioneer Hall. Since your table is assigned in advance, there’s really no need to stand in line longer than you’d like to. People get in line CRAZY early (for what?!) – Anika and I sat on a wall for quite some time until we were actually getting close to the entrance time.

We were let in right around our 8:30 start time (picture taken once we were already seated – it was pretty empty when we first walked in):

IMG_1249_zpsqljzp62m.jpg

Anika was hoping we weren’t going to sit too close to the stage, because she knew the cast would chat with people in the audience. The hostess teased us by walking WAY around the left side (much to Anika’s relief)… and then right here:

P1070160_zpsrv6lh1cn.jpg

You can imagine Anika’s horror. :rotfl:

This was a completely awesome spot, though, as we were RIGHT next to the action. We were also right next to these guys:

P1070168_zps2qpf3t14.jpg

They were awesome, too! :thumbsup2

You can probably guess based on our location, but I bought category one seats. There was such a small price difference between the first and second categories (a few dollars per ticket, I believe?) and our lack of a dining plan meant we weren’t tied to a particular category. If you can swing it, I’d highly recommend category one as the view can’t be beat!

The tables at Pioneer Hall are preset with your plates, napkins, and silverware:

P1070158_zpssyevbxyb.jpg

As well as the first course of your meal, the garden salad and the cornbread:

P1070156_zpsaerbvwwe.jpg
P1070157_zpska5q20fq.jpg

Just in case you’ve forgotten what you’ll be eating, they also provide menus at the table:

IMG_1247_zpslsr8hypn.jpg

These are helpful as you’ll need them to order your drinks! All drinks (including the alcohol!) are unlimited and included in the price of your dinner. Anika (no shock here) ordered water, while I ordered a sangria (free alcohol? Sign me up!) and a Sprite (I was DYING of heat stroke!):

P1070162_zpstcdeprpg.jpg

The Pioneer Hall Players allowed us to order our drinks and eat for a bit before they made their dramatic entrance into the Hall. We thought the salad was fresh and tasty, but the standout starter was the cornbread. Perhaps they put crack into it, similar to what they do to the Disney popcorn? It was wonderful and it was hard to stop eating it! I think we may have gotten a second loaf! :goodvibes

For those of you who are unfamiliar, the premise of the Hoop Dee Doo Revue is that a group of players arrive to Pioneer Hall in order to entertain the audience with a campy, funny mish-mash of old western-style humor, singing, and dancing. Included in the lineup are two singers (Jim Handy and Flora Long), two dancers (Johnny Ringo and Claire de Lune), and two additional people for comic relief (Six Bits Slocum and Dolly Drew).

Here’s a stock picture from our Memory Maker CD that includes all six of them:

PP8_zpssucxfs4s.jpg

(Clockwise, from top right: Six Bits Slocum, Claire de Lune, Johnny Ringo, Jim Handy, Flora Long, and Dolly Drew)

Here are a few pictures from our actual show:

IMG_1257_zpsjpe5nafq.jpg

P1070182_zpsapvunzg0.jpg

IMG_1252_zpsp0pasrut.jpg

The show is full of singing, dancing, fun jokes, many trips into the audience, and much ridiculousness. For instance, they troop out into the audience singing a song about locations and asking people where they’re from (and then have a verse for each and every state). They also recognizing people celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and honeymoons. There’s also a section near the end where they’ll pick people from the audience to come up on stage and take part in the final number.

Needless to say, Anika did not volunteer.

She was, however, willing to strum along on a washboard:

IMG_1265_zpsfxvpddtw.jpg

We also took part in the napkin swinging:

IMG_1256_zpsjoo8ledz.jpg

They really do a great job getting the crowd into the show!

Mixed in with the entertainment was the remainder of the food. Once you’ve enjoyed the cornbread and the salad, they’ll start bringing the main course. This includes buckets of fried chicken and ribs:

P1070171_zps7smq2shx.jpg

P1070172_zpsfgmpnys4.jpg

As well as mashed potatoes and corn:

P1070173_zpskyldohus.jpg

P1070174_zpsaldulmoj.jpg

They also give you baked beans, but I didn’t get a picture of them as neither of us ate them. (I’m sure they’re fine – we’re just not fans of baked beans.)

The food was pretty good. We thought the chicken and ribs were good, but the standouts for us were the mashed potatoes and corn. We couldn’t stop eating them! I don’t know what they put into those, but darn it, they were delicious!

Near the end of the show, the servers join the performers on the stage in order to deliver the dessert – a yummy strawberry shortcake:

IMG_1260_zpsie6x8scj.jpg

(Sorry for the blurry picture!)

Here is the famous strawberry shortcake:

P1070183_zpskg9us6eh.jpg

And here’s a view of the dessert once you’ve started diving into it:

P1070184_zpswrb0sc0b.jpg

OH MY GOODNESS. The dessert was awesome. I’m not a big fan of strawberry shortcake, but I thought it was pretty darn good. My sister, on the other hand, LOVES strawberry shortcake and she is still raving about how wonderful this dessert was. She is still miffed she wasn’t able to take the rest of it with us when we left.

Final Thoughts - The Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue
What a fantastic and wonderful experience! The food was tasty and had several highlights (namely the cornbread, mashed potatoes, corn, and strawberry shortcake), but it was the experience as a whole that made the evening great. The people performing the show were incredible – they were really into their roles and their enthusiasm made the whole show. We were always entertained and laughed so hard more than once. Despite her initial misgivings, Anika LOVED the dinner show and proclaimed that, “We have to do that EVERY year!” In short, even if you have surly family members that think you're crazy to drag them to this show, tell them to buck up and drag them anyway - they'll thank you for it later!

If you haven’t had a chance to experience the Hoop Dee Doo Revue, I can’t recommend it enough! It was a highlight of our entire vacation! GO!

(Some of the pictures are crazy-large - I will fix that a bit later since I don't want to keep this update from you for any longer!)

I haven't had the pleasure yet, either.

You can do that?
I had no idea!

Anika, on the other hand? She was less than thrilled. She was willing to play along but let me know that she thought I was nuts that we were spending our Disney time to see this. She was excited about the food, but that was about it. :sad2:

I was really curious to see what she'd think afterwards.

After we got our tickets and sat by the Frozen cart for a while, we got in line for our official picture:

And she's smiling too.

We then stood in another line to be escorted into Pioneer Hall. Since your table is assigned in advance, there’s really no need to stand in line longer than you’d like to. People get in line CRAZY early (for what?!)

Good to know.
I'd probably be one of those people standing in line.

Anika was hoping we weren’t going to sit too close to the stage, because she knew the cast would chat with people in the audience. The hostess teased us by walking WAY around the left side (much to Anika’s relief)… and then right here:

Got it. Thanks!

All drinks (including the alcohol!) are unlimited and included in the price of your dinner.

I saw that on the menu... after I read and re-read it because I thought I was wrong!

(free alcohol? Sign me up!)

For those of you who are unfamiliar

That would be me.

She was, however, willing to strum along on a washboard:

And still smiling!

We thought the chicken and ribs were good, but the standouts for us were the mashed potatoes and corn. We couldn’t stop eating them! I don’t know what they put into those, but darn it, they were delicious!

Really! I've heard so much about the chicken and ribs.
You're the first (that I can recall) who's preferred the sides to the mains.

And here’s a view of the dessert once you’ve started diving into it:

OMG. That looks sooo good.
Want.

My sister, on the other hand, LOVES strawberry shortcake and she is still raving about how wonderful this dessert was.

So she was right about the food, then...

Anika LOVED the dinner show and proclaimed that, “We have to do that EVERY year!”

But wrong about that! Great that she enjoyed it!

I'm soooo happy you're back! :flower3:
Great pictures!
Wow your Hoop Dee Doo review really confirms that I want to try this next time! Seems like a wonderful way to spend the evening and I like how there's included alcohol as well! The food looks delicious, especially that chicken, mashed potatoes and corn (can't really go wrong with that combo!). I'd probably be scared a bit by performers trying to make it interactive but I think after a few drinks it won't matter :)

I'm looking forward to more!

PS - you and your BF are adorable. Is he going to Disney with you?

Welcome Back! So glad that things are going so well for you!

Furthermore, as you can see from my ticker below, we're heading back to Disney World in just 16 days!

You arrive 3 days after us!! We arrive on the 26th of April! :D

Oh my goodness! Too funny! But great seats!!

(free alcohol? Sign me up!)

Thats what I'm saying!

If you haven’t had a chance to experience the Hoop Dee Doo Revue, I can’t recommend it enough! It was a highlight of our entire vacation! GO!

This is great news as it is booked for our trip at the end of the month!! Super excited!

You're back. :wave2: So glad to hear a happy life update!
Your Hoop de Doo Revue dinner looks like a lot of fun. I'm so glad you dragged Anika along (not like she had a choice ). Can't wait to hear more.

So excited to see you back!

And what a cutie Grant is! That picture of you two is ADORABLE!!! And both of you look rather SMASHING! :)

So did you have to convert Grant to the Disney way? If so, I assume he is fully assimilated into the culture...he needs to get on the DIS too...just saying...

What were Anika think about the show after she saw it?

I can't wait to hear more!

I'm glad you're back because I got all caught up today!

Hoop de Doo sounds like a blast! I'd love to do that one of these days. Totally channels my inner Broadway nerd ::yes::

Welcome back! You two are a beautiful couple :)

:lmao:Oh man, just her luck!

She was, however, willing to strum along on a washboard:

IMG_1265_zpsfxvpddtw.jpg
A-ha! Photographic proof that she did indeed have fun...look at that smile!

Here is the famous strawberry shortcake:

:love::love::love:

Nice to see you back!! I can understand totally how life gets in the way of DIS lol

we're heading back to Disney World in just 16 days!

Yay...so exciting for you!! I'm jealous too!!

She was excited about the food, but that was about it.

At least she was excited about that...that's reason enough to go...and so glad she ended up loving it!! We went too and really enjoyed it...and I'm not usually a fan of audience participation stuff either lol

I really enjoyed this update. I haven't been to the Hoop Dee Doo in years. I think a return trip is in order. So glad you both enjoyed it.

I'm so glad you're back!! And with the perfect update too, because I just recently booked Hoop for September! Neither of us have ever done it before, so thank you for the review. Free alcohol? WHAAAT! :faint: Oh man I'm looking forward to this :goodvibes
