yes and no... there are packages that you can buy to make any resort stay all-inclusive... but there are no resorts that are "only" all-inclusive...

Not exactly.

But if you book a package, just have them add the tickets and one of the dining packages to your package. Transportation to/from the airport is included, as is transportation to/from the parks. They can even add air to the package if you want.

If you do this, you'll get pretty close to an all-inclusive price for your trip (minus souveniers of course).
