All pools are heated to 82 degrees at WDW.

We were there at CBR in December 2005 -- There is no way that water was warm! My kid's didn't care, but I didn't get beyond a foot.

If you are there in the summer, they are actually like bath water - too warm!!
DH was really disappointed last July when he couldn't even "cool off" in the pool!

We were at Turtle Pond in January and went swimming. It was very nice, even with the cool breeze blowing. OKW pools are nice in the winter months.
