Has anyone stayed in an AOA family suite with 4 adults and 2 kids? I am in the early stages of planning a trip in May 2014 with me, my husband, my mother and father in law, and our 2 kids, who will be 4 and 7. I think my first choice would be to rent DVC points and get a 2 bedroom villa at Wilderness Lodge. However, my guys love Cars and they would just love the adorable theme of the AOA Cars Family Suite. Plus, the family suite would actually be about $700 cheaper than the villa over a week. I'm worried, though, that we would all feel like we are on top of each other in the family suite? Since DH is 6 feet tall, I think we would need to take the queen, and then the grandparents and the kids would take the murphy beds and fold-out sofa. With the kids sleeping in the living room, I think we kind of lose the benefit of the living room/kitchen since the kids go to sleep first? Separate Little Mermaid rooms could also be an option, but I find that theme so disappointing. I have read people say that they aren't "girly," but I just can't convince myself that is true and, for my boys, The Little Mermaid wouldn't hold a candle to Cars! (Why didn't they make the standard rooms in a more gender neutral theme, like Finding Nemo or Lion King? I don't get it!) Anyway, I am rambling, but I do think my main concern would be with feeling crowded. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!
