I'm 5'1 and agree with the others that it's slow going.
I've been staying below 1100 since Oct and have lost about 30#, so I've been losing at a rate of about 1.5# per week. I lost much quicker when I was younger at 2-3# a week. I'm currently at 119 with a goal of 110. I've just got to keep it off this time. I'm contemplating throwing away all of my fat clothes, but I hate to do it because I have some cute things. But I can really tell that the yo-yoing over the years is making it more difficult to lose this time.
You know how you have a pair of jeans or dress or something you shoot to get into? Well... I got into my size 6 jeans and just had to laugh. That high waist and tapered leg is really attractive.
So I purchased a pair of really tight Seven for all Mankind jeans that are my new target. I'm looking forward to getting into a 4 and buying all new pants.
