Yes. Sadly, the CMs on the phone don't know all the answers. Indeed, some of them have never even been on a Disney ship. They are reading from a script most of the time, when you call with questions.

The only picture I have is this (and I don't know the numbers for these particular cabanas), sorry. It's either (from the left) 25, 24, & 23; or 24; 23, & 22.

Huh? Serenity Bay adult cabanas are 22-23-24-25. The "grand cabana" at the family beach is # 21. The numbers on the photo in post #2 are off by one.

I think where you were confused is that they do NOT have a cabana numbered 13.

OK, I fixed the numbers. But, are you sure there's no number 13? I got the numbers based on this photo posted some time ago that someone (not me) put the numbers on and posted on the board:

Not only have I always heard that DCL "skipped" #13 in case someone happened to be superstitious - lol - but in all my years of booking I have never seen a #13 on the cabana listings, and they do list those that are already booked and unavailable. I also have never known anyone who said they had cabana #13.

Whomever initially numbered the photo probably just counted the cabanas, hence showing the non-existent #13.
