Anyone ever use orlandodiscountrooms.com?

I am helping a friend plan a trip to WDW for this Oct. (I love planning vacations and she hates it so we're both happy LOL). She is trying to keep this as economical as possible so she wants to stay off site. I have always liked the Lake Buena Vista area better than the Kissimmee area so was looking through my AAA book at the different hotels and there is an ad in there for orlandodiscountrooms.com. When I checked it out they have 2 hotels in LBV, they Country Inn & Suites LBV at $49.00/nt ant the Residence Inn at $79.00/nt. for a 1 bedroom executive suite for the dates she needs. Both these rates sound fantastic to me but I wasn't sure if I should have her book it through here or not. Anyone have any experience with this company, good or bad?
