I started the week before Thanksgiving and today celebrated getting below 240 (my start weight was 277). I have a long way to go, but just being able to change my eating habits & lose weight has been great. I have failed at many diets in the past and this one has been great for me. I just wanted to know if anyone else is doing this and see if there were any tips or tricks you wanted to share. Our trip to WDW is soon and now I know I can saty strong & stay on track.
