Anyone do a family reunion?

How do all the rooms get linked together? Is there a discount if we book more than a certain amount of rooms? I assume we can get the dining times arranged and a few tables near each other but I was just wondering who else has done this and if there is any advice to be given!
I do not know if I want to be the person to handle all of the planning but I know I will be having to have most of the answers!!

There is a very small discount given if you book 8 or more rooms. The way to link the ressies is just that; tell DCL you want them linked. This will get you the same dining area; the number of tables will depend on the number of people.

The easiest way to do things is to choose a date and a travel agent (preferably a DCL specialist who will also give you and OBC). You do the initial conversation with the agent, then have each nuclear family contact the agent and book whatever level cabin they choose. All they'd have to do is to identify themselves as a part of your group and the TA should be able to handle it from there.
