Hi everyone, this will be our first time stay at the Contemporary. I'm hoping the experts can give some tips/advice for a family with a toddler and 10 year old.

Pool tips
Food/restaurant tips
Marina rental tips
Fireworks viewing tips
Water parade viewing tips
Monorail tips........................
and anything you wish to share!

Thanks in advance for any information!

Hi,
We stayed at CR with our 2.5 yo dd. Our room was in the north wing, 2nd floor, abt 1/2 way down. We had a wonderful view of the fireworks from our room.

We also ate at Concourse steakhouse quite a bit. The monorails passing overhead kept her amuzed. Also, Chef Mickeys is great!

For a "low key" activity, take the small boat over to FW. You can have lunch or an early dinner at Trails End. They have a cute little petting zoo with Pony rides ($3, closed shoe required, closes at 5pm I believe.)

Can't comment on the pools cause we didn't use them that stay. They do not have a little kiddie pool or sprinker area.

Have a wonderful stay!

If your 10 year old likes video games, bring a roll or two of quarters. They have a great arcade. :Pinkbounc
