I'm a little confused by your question.

When you get to the parks, you'll find photographers near the entrance taking pictures. They'll offer you a photopass card. You carry this with you everywhere you go in the parks and when you see a photographer, you give them the card so they can add the photo they take.

At the end of your vacation, you do one of two things. You can take your card, turn it in and order photos or a CD. Or you can take your card home with you, get online and order pictures or a CD there. It's really pretty easy.
