Another Bounceback Question...

We're going in 10 days for a short 4 day trip over Thanksgiving Weekend. While there we're hoping to take advantage of the bounce back by booking a CL Poly TPV room for our September 2017 trip. Can we book our trip now to secure the room and then just apply the BB code when we get there and call it in and they'll make the adjustment? Or when we call with the bounceback code we have to book it as an entirely new reservation? TIA

They will apply the bounce back discount to an existing reservation as long as there was availability for the room to start with. Booking ahead of time doesn't guarantee that you'll be able to get the BB discount for that room.
