If you have several allergies do you contact the restaurants you have ADRs at to discuss or just let them know upon arrival? I aide ADRs online and marked both tree nut an peanut allergies as well as other. The "other" is mustard which isn't a common allergy. Any advise is appreciated!

you can contact special diets via email. They will respond within a day. My dd has peanut/treenut and all we have to do is note it on the ressie. The chef comes out to discuss menu options and/or walk the buffet with you. Special Diets email is SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. Disney is absolutely fabulous for allergies. No worries!!

I specified when I made our ADRs that I am allergic to shellfish. At each restaurant we went to a cast member/server came over to discuss how they will handle it. At Le Chefs De France in Epcot the chef himself came out to ease my mind and answered any questions I had. Have fun!

Special Diets should be able to help you get an idea of what foods throughout the park should be safe to eat. Especially at CS and carts. But at any TS location note it on the ressie, and then tell your server when they come over. Frequently they will ask you if there are any allergies at the table. At that point some servers know the menu well enough to advise on common allergies, but if they don't, or for a less common allergy they will have the chef come out to discuss your options.
