All early-entry breakfast restaurants in the parks?

Is there a list somewhere of all the restaurants for which you can get into the park before official opening? Everyone knows about BOG, and I believe Akershus is the same. I expect Sci-Fi, now that it has breakfast, will also be early entry. What about AK? And are there other restaurants at the MK that will get you in early?

All of the TS restaurants in the parks that serve breakfast open at 8:00. The easiest way to figure out which ones they are is to go to allears.net and look at the menus.

Garden Grill in Epcot begins breakfast in November, and they start at 8am as well. Tusker House in AK.
