Alaska customs

    I have a quick question regarding customs and Alaska cruises! We are booked on the May 10th Wonder to Alaska. :cool1: Just curious about crossing into US and customs. As Canadians flying into Vancouver the day before the cruise and then boarding the Wonder the next day where will we go through US customs? In Vancouver when we board or when we disembark on our first shore day? Thanks!

    I *think* you go through customs when you board..... And I believe there is still some sort of customs set up at every port, but not to the extent as initial bording.... Someone will correct me if I'm wrong...

    The cruise terminal in Vancouver has a US customs pre clearance area that everyone will head through after checking in.

    There's no customs when disembarking or re-embarking at the ports.

    That was our experience on our Alaska cruises from Vancouver BC.
