We're thinking about doing this after the cruise.

I am so not ready! The last day of school is Thursday, and we have end of the year events every night next week. I'm wondering if I will sleep at all Thursday night, or if I will be packing overnight.

I don't recall what RCL is charging, but this company also does tours to Butchart Gardens and other locations.

I would also bet there would be many more operators offering options at the port.

First, do what Tracey says. But if you don't, when I first visited Victoria, we rented a car and drove to the Butchart Gardens. We were not with a cruise line, but with a clipper from Seattle which let us off within easy walking distance from downtown. Cruise ships dock a little ways outside of downtown. I wouldn't mind walking the distance (and may) to downtown but I don't know your situation or how feasible that might be. If you drive, be aware that they use (or at least used to) speed cameras.

But as I said, you'll have a more relaxed time doing what Tracey said.
