Alamo at Tampa - kudos

Just flew into Tampa for the first time. What a really nice airport! Our Jet Blue flight got in 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Luggage came off the plane quickly. Reserved a minivan from Alamo for 8 days $201 w/ Costco discount (includes free extra driver). Checked in online before we left home. Short walk to car rentals across the street. No stopping at counter. 2 minivans in the front - a Town & Country and a Dodge Caravan. A very nice employee came to greet us and walked us to a few other minivans a bit farther down (3 Toyota Siennas) and he even helped with our luggage. We picked out a Toyota Sienna XLE with 4800 miles on it. Leather seats and XM radio! He handed me the manuals and the keys and a quick document check at the gate. We were quickly off to Orlando. Excellent experience overall!

How far ahead did you reserve your minivan? Im looking 4 months out for an 11 day rental. Should I wait? Thanks
