AKV - Jambo house 1 bedroom

Can someone tell me the difference between a 1 bedroom value and a 1 bedroom standard in Jambo house?

1BR value is smaller and therefore does not have the sleeper chair (max occupancy = 4). view can be savanna, pool or parking lot (no view requests are allowed for values). value rooms are only at jambo and there are 10 or fewer value 1BRs available.

1BR standard at jambo has a sleeper chair - max occ = 5 adults. view is typically pool or obstructed savanna view.

1BR standard at kidani has a sleeper chair - max occ = 5 adults. kidani 1BRs also have a 2nd bathroom. view is typically pool or parking lot, i think.

For reference, the Values are along the Giraffe and Ostrich Trails. Most Standard Views at Jambo House are along the Zebra Trail or above the lobby facing the Uzima Pool. See the link below for a map of the 5th floor of Jambo House.
