Akl room request email

Hi we are staying at Akl from 8th may, and would like to email room request, we've never noted any before on other stays, how do I do it? And does anyone have the email please

You can call the resort at 407-938-3000 and ask to be transferred to the Resort Front Desk to have the request added to your reservation. In addition, upon arrival you can also mention your request again to the Front Desk CM and be flexible to wait longer for a room that meets your preference, just keep in mind that room requests are never guaranteed. Except the resort doesn't have the reservation yet and probably won't for at least a week. Call CRO, or whoever you made your reservation through, and add requests to your reservation that way. No e-mail.
