It is time to start working on my touring plans, to keep Grandpa cool, I need to know which places other than shops and restaurants are airconditioned In MK, AK and HS. Thanks!

Well, attractions that are indoors at MK are:

it's a small world
Pirates of the Caribbean
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Peter Pan
Mickey's PhilharMagic
Space Mountain
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
Carousel of Progress
The Laugh Floor Comedy Club
Stitch's Great Escape
The Hall of Presidents
Haunted Mansion
The Enchanted Tiki Room
Country Bear Jamboree
most of Splash Mountain
The Little Mermaid ride

HS:

The Great Movie Ride
Star Tours
Tower of Terror
Toy Story Midway Mania
Muppet Vision 3D
Voyage of the Little Mermaid
Rock n Roller Coaster

AK:

Festival of the Lion King
Dinosaur
It's Tough to be a Bug
Rafiki's Planet Watch
Finding Nemo - the Musical

I may be missing some, but that should be most.

You didn't mention Epcot, but if you happen to go there -- I highly recommend the American Adventure for a nice, half-hour or so air conditioned rest in comfortable seats in an enormous theatre. The songs are nice and all, but it was my lifesaver just for the sheer cool, dark calmness.

At MK, the Carousel of Progress was a nice similar rest break that was fun to watch, slightly shorter.

Also at MK, the People Mover isn't indoors exactly but is relaxing and breezy.

Assuming the OPs 'Grandpa' isn't a thrill-goer, take out Space Mountain, Star Tours, ToT, RRC, and Dinosaur.

ToT does have a nice waiting area in the "basement" ( go through the gift shop to where people get their pictures) with some benches where he can sit if heat is problematic and he doesn't want to ride. Peter Pan is incredibly short for the wait, and the standby queue gets hot, same for Winnie the Pooh.

Our best cool down spots have been
MK:
the Tiki Room, Philharmagic, Presidents, Pirates, Carosel of Progress, Haunted Mansion, Country Bears
AK:
Lion King, Nemo, Tough To Be a Bug
HS: Movie Ride, Muppets3D, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Frozen show
Epcot:
American Adventure, river ride in Mexico, the Land, Pixar Shorts

My son can't control his body temperature. So we are always looking for places to cool down.

Benches/seats are hard to find.

Depending on the time of year you are traveling, cs restaurants can provide seating and air conditioning. However, during peak times, they permit only those with food to sit.

Stores offer air conditioning though no where to sit. We'll often walk through stores to get from one place to another. Especially on Main Street USA.

Every place that is indoors is air conditioned, and many outdoor places that are covered but open are also air conditioned (like a lot of outside lines).

Some of those are indoors, but have outdoor queues.

Magic Kingdom

Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini--Outside, I believe Outside
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad--Queue is all outdoors, but shaded Outside, inside, inclined, and hot
Country Bear Jamboree--Wow, I've never done this! All inside, but little seating in the entryway/ foyer/ waiting room
Haunted Mansion--Queue outdoors, but shady the standby is also LOUD and annoying as they "improved" it by adding interactive things through the graveyard
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh--Queue outdoors, but shady another interactive standby queue
Mickey's PhilharMagic--The queue is outdoors, but you would rarely need to stand in the outdoor queue I've never seen this one so crowded that it's actually outside the building- there's a pretty large queue area before the preshow (queue is before you get the 'opry glasses')
Tinker Bell's Magical Nook--All indoors not sure where this is- if it is supposed to be in Adventureland it's now a restaurant

Hollywood Studios

Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage--All outdoors (hot and muggy, no fans)
Disney Junior Live on Stage--Not sure (wait area is outside)
Fantasmic!--All outdoors (but at night so YMMV)
Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure--Hot as hades (and gone as of mid-April)
Jedi Training Academy--All outdoors (queue for kids participating shaded, watching area for everyone else outside in front of Star Tours, maybe a 15 minute show)

Animal Kingdom

Flights of Wonder--All outdoors (being redone but I'd bet outdoors)
Rivers of Light- outdoor seating, outdoor queue opening late April

EPCOT
Spaceship Earth: outdoors and hottish but a nice easy ride
Pixar: inside queue and preshow but no seating
Imagination w Figment: mostly inside (if outside, come back)
Seas w Nemo: inside
Turtle Talk: inside (and you don't have to go through Seas w Nemo to get there, go through the "gift shop" to go to the aquarium)
The Land: inside
Soarin': when reopened inside but loooong and no seats
Ellen's Energy: inside, no seats, dark and long- and the ride is 45 minutes too so be prepared
mission space- inside
Test track- inside

A lot of these are going to depend on if you're in the FP or standby line. And what time of the year you're coming- pay close attention to weather reports.
And apologizes for the rainbow- I added my notes for the queues in the quote above and the color to seperated mine out. However it seems that my phone doesn't like the same color. pixiedust:
