After Dinner Drink at Palo

Hi, I am an avid reader of all the forums and this is my first post :)

I returned from my first ever cruise on the Dream on Monday. We had dinner at Palo, and at the end, had a drink in a shot glass that the server said had apple (I assume liquor) in it. Does anyone know what the drink is? I have tried to search online but only find results with a lemon flavor.

Thats the digesting drink they give. Thought it was on this menu Its a Grappa.

I love the drink too. It's lemon gelato, sprinkling white wine and apple wine.
 
We were told there was Calvados in it. It's an apple liqueur (it aids digestion).
