I know, right? I'm so super excited!

You know what, you can't take your money with you when you die so sometimes a splurge is called for.

This is my life philosophy (especially where Disney is concerned).

If there ends up being a group of us on our 2018 trip, we've already talked about getting a villa for the extra room.

I would looooove to stay in a villa! I've been looking at the photos for years... SO SWANKY!

Honestly, Moderste is usually my splurge. As happy as I am to stay at the Beach Club, there's a little tiny responsible adult voice in the back of my head going WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!?! I'm perfectly content telling that voice to get bent, though.

Sorry for such a long time between updates. Honestly, the real party is happening over on the PTR for my approaching Dec. 2015 trip! (The link is in my signature, if you're not already there... nudge nudge!) Normally I would share silly little off-topic "real life" things, but since I've actual had trip-related stuff to post there of late, I thought I'd give ya'll here that kind of fluffy stuff in the meanwhile.

Thanks to my purchase of a brand new laptop for myself a couple months ago, I ended up with $30 in Best Buy Rewards dollars that had to be spent by 10/17. I didn't really need anything in the $30 range though, sooooo... This happened:

Two of my most favorites ever, and I owned neither. So, I fixed that. Hooray for free money!

On Saturday night... AKA Caturday night, both my boys were feeling super needy and snuggly when it was bedtime.

Butters is 10 years old, and ever since he was a kitten, he's loved for me to take that black pillow and put it on my belly so he can jump up on me and lay on it like that. Before I took the photo, I was trying t read a book, with it propped on my chest right in front of the pillow. Butters was having none of it. He would look over the top of the book at me with his chin hanging over the edge, and just stare at me. It was cracking me up, so finally put the book aside so I could give him the attentions that he so desperately needed.

I guess Harley was watching all this and waiting his turn. Butters finally had his fill and jumped down to just lay at the foot of the bed, which is where he normally sleeps. So I turned over on my left side to get ready to settle in, but before I could even pull up the covers or turn the light off, Harley had jumped up next to me and claimed HIS favorite snuggle spot/position...

And yes, eventually they let me get some sleep. But they were being so super sweet and snuggly, I had to take pics!

The title of your PTR report is exactly what is happening to me right now. I'm going through a difficult work situation right now and one of the things that is helping tremendously is knowing that I'll be at the BC next week.

Adulting is very hard.

My Oshie is like that too. He's very snuggly and will lay on my chest so I can't see the TV or my laptop screen. It's annoying as all get out but you gotta love them!

I think disney travel agent could be a fallback career for me. I need excuses or a few money trees to make more frequent visits. Currently working on a solo excuse for this November, but jury is still out on that.

Your cats are very cute! I don't let mine sleep in my room since they inevitably are up in the middle of the night messing with stuff or crawling all over me. I'm a light sleeper and that just does not work for me. I actually had to get a "scat mat" to place outside my bedroom door every night because otherwise they will pound on it with their paws in the wee hours of the morning. Cats - gotta love 'em!

Everyday is Caturday in my home!

I love Little Mermaid and have seen it many many times, but Tangled has never seemed to hold my attention. I will rectify this and make sure that I really watch it before my next trip.

I saw Tangled in the theater when it came out, and I was surprised by how much I loved it!

I'm glad that your upcoming group trip is coming up, it will tide you over on the wait for this one.

Yes, that's pretty much how I'm looking at it at this point, too. How weird is it that right now I'm more excited for the trip that's still over a year away than I am for the one that just barely over 7 weeks away?

I've spend years trying to dream up an awesome but also practical way to cosplay Ursula! I just don't think I could handle that much bodypaint for and extended period.

Yay for the Beach Club!!!! I haven't actually stayed here yet - we thought we were going to for a brief weekend in January, but my in-laws actually booked the Boardwalk instead. But really, the Boardwalk is awesome - and who can complain about getting the room covered at Disney!

But it looks like such a fun place - Beaches and Cream super close, you're the closest to the International Gateway, and you have the awesome pool I know you'll love it!

I also love the kitty shenanigans - my cat no longer sleeps in my bedroom since my husband was totally not having that, but I do miss the kitty snuggles sometimes.

It's funny you say that. The one and only time that I've ever stayed in a deluxe resort was AKL, and that was only because somebody else was paying for it.

But it looks like such a fun place - Beaches and Cream super close, you're the closest to the International Gateway, and you have the awesome pool I know you'll love it!

Yesss! It's been on my bucket list for ages, for all of those reasons!

I also love the kitty shenanigans - my cat no longer sleeps in my bedroom since my husband was totally not having that, but I do miss the kitty snuggles sometimes.

Personally, I would kick the husband out of the bedroom before I would the cats. They were there first! (Note: This is likely Reason #842 for why Billie is still single. )
