Is it best to call/online ADR thru Disney for Il Mulino or is there a number you have to call them directly? Just watched the DIS unplugged podcast and I think I'd like to check it out on our DHS day. yummm :lovestruc

I just wanted to say that I ate at Il Mulino last year, while the food and service were good, I just didn't care for the atmosphere. We had an ok table but there were many I would not have liked to sit at. In the larger open area it was very loud (where I was) but worse was the small tables lining the hallway to the bathroom. There were two private parties the night we ate there and it was just really busy. I don't think I would eat there again, however that is just my opinion and I chose to eat there because it had such positive reviews.

On that trip we had much nicer overall experiences at Jiko and Cali Grill.

You can make your reservation through Disney, though we've never had trouble just walking up. Enjoy! It's easily the best Italian food on Disney property.

I have never needed a reservation for Il Mulino at all. The only time it seems to be crowded is if they have a big convention at the Swolphin. But I think you can also make them through the Swan/Dolphin website. they have great pastas. Better than any served by Disney. A trick to remember, you can get a half order if you ask.
