Add an additional day without being part of package?

Hello! We are booked for HRH. Package is paid. I wanted to extend the day by one day but found out the hotel is booked for the day that we wanted to add. I looked at the other onsite hotels and they are open. How difficult is it to check out and check in at another hotel? I will only be booking the hotel not tickets as we just want to stay at the hotel and swim for the additional day. Maybe explore....

if you are moving to one of the other 2 deluxe hotels, valet can transport you and your luggage there.
contact valet while you are at hrh to set that up.

do the transfer to the different hotel early to get your room keys.
store your luggage at the hotel with valet.

head to the parks for early entry then.

you won't be losing any park time during this process.


in the meantime, keep checking for any openings at hrh in case there are cancellations you can snag.
