The woman injured in this accident has filed a lawsuit against Disney. I did contact her attorney today to identify myself so that the DISBoards does not need to be bothered with a subpoena.

This is a good lesson for us. Don't post anything on DIS that could potentially be part of a lawsuit.

Assuming the person suing is not just trying to get money from Disney, which doesn't seem to be the case from what I could read in the link, the OP is actually helping the woman get what she should.

So it seems like a good thing, IMO. Unless of course this will cause a lot of trouble to the OP or the woman is exaggerating her claims for money, then I agree with you.

When I read the story I was actually thinking how nice it was that OP decided to post about it, cause it's pretty much one of the few concrete proof that it happened, since Disney refuses to acknowledge it, apparently.
