A resort changer's very first F&G!!!

Let me start off my saying I am SO excited!!! My DH and I are about to embark on not only our shortest trip ever, but our first Flower and Garden festival!!! Here's hubby and I from this past November, where we had lots of wine and even some food!!!

So a little about me...my name is Jeanette and I am from NJ. I also happen to be an obsessive resort changer, I mean hopeless it's BAD! When I am not changing resorts I am a mommy to some wonderful kiddos. DS15, DD11, DD9, DD8, and my DS7. At night I turn into a vampire....ahem, I mean critical care transport nurse. And in my spare time I attend school for my Masters degree.

We are AP holders, and we've never been to Flower and Garden at EPCOT. So, I received an email with a sale on flights....called my DMIL and booked a trip!!!

I figured it would be super fun to document my plans. So off we go............. Initially I booked YC SV CL 4/1-4/3 (yep only two nights). Then I tried to budget and changed to every EPCOT resort at least three times. Ultimately we will be at the Beach Club in a standard room. WE LOVE BEACH CLUB!!!!!!!!!!!!

I even booked an ADR or two! I know we are going to F&G but it will be nice to sit with hubby and eat. We should arrive around noon and I have Beaches and Cream booked for 10pm that evening. On Saturday I booked the Wishes dessert party, again because why not????? And on Sunday Garden Grill breakfast with Chip and Dale.
We leave around 7pm to go back to the airport
In between F&G and food there will be some rides, some hand holding, and lots of smilies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are Yacht Club fans but are ready for a refurbed room so we are staying on the BC side in August. I hope we love BC as much. In the meantime, I will enjoy your trip report!

BC is awesome, we liked it more than YC. The décor is brighter I guess is why. I can't wait for the YC refurb. Meanwhile...here's some BC love

Thanks! Great pics. We loved the guarantee of a full balcony and being first on the bus at YC but we are so excited for a new room at BC. Will live vicariously through your trip report next month in the meantime.

We hardly used that balcony but we loved it! Hoping to catch a dip in SAB with hubby!

There's so many choices so little time, right?? Then when it's all figured out someone gives either a good or bad review and you question it all

No dramatic changes, can you believe it ????? I did cancel the Wishes dessert party since DH wants to do rides instead...FINE However, I booked Captain's Grille breakfast for Saturday at 10am. We really LOVED the breakfast buffet there and it's reasonably priced, plus at YC so a quick stroll over. Other than that holding strong with BC. I ordered a purple Magic Band, and I have our confirmation email from Magical Express. Just waiting on Mickey Mail. I also was just diagnosed with plantar fasciitis yesterday, so I am doing some exercises to stretch and hoping the pain subsides before F&G. Have a magical day all !!!
