    Thanks for all the positive comments and best of luck to everyone this week.
    I find it sometimes helps to look at the overall weight loss when i have a sts week..

    Just a quick one from me as it's nearly time for work...

    But I lost 2lb this week :woohoo: Takes me to 5lb in total. I've set myself a mini goal this week to try and loose another 2, as that then takes me to half a stone off :thumbsup2 So I'm trying to be super good!

    I'll come back and re-read tonight to see how everyone is doing...good luck everyone! :hug:

    Pleased to report a 1.5lb weight loss this week!! (The spinning although it nearly killed me :rotfl2::rotfl2:) paid off :thumbsup2

    Spinning melts my legs, I can't do it! :(

    Hopefully I will be a bit thinner time we go, but does anyone know what the rides are like at Disneyland Paris? I'm a 20-22 currently and I'm worried if I can't get thinner by the time I go, I won't fit on stuff :(
    Also worried about fitting in the plane seat.

    I have no idea about DLP sorry! But Jazzy B bunny dont give up! you have 4 months to go thats the same amount of time as me x you can loose 1-2lbs per week as a steady loss which doesnt seem like a lot but it all adds up. Please dont let it get you down :hug: you can do this! We can do this, I( and everyone on this board) am right behind you through the weight loss ups and downs. What plan are you following, im a bit funny, and i do find that the new WW pro points is working for me as I can still have my treats and go out with friends etc and I love the magazines hehe

    I'm just calorie counting and walking, going to Zumba etc. trying to stick to 1500 cal a day with no snacking. I have PCOS so losing weight is hard :( hopefully I can get there though!

    Awww thats so tough with PCOS.What your doing is right stick with it and you will see results :thumbsup2

    I'm not joking when I say spinning melted my legs! I actually could not walk without extreme pain for a whole week. That and the seats on the bikes were solid, so I had a bruised butt to add to that :simba:

    I have weighed in and have lost 3lb so exactly a 1lb a week over the last 3 weeks :cheer2::cheer2:

    Lost 2lbs this week so 9lbs in total. Need to get myself motivated now into starting properly with my excercise :/

    Ugh............reporting not a great weekend. After i went spinning yesterday it turned into a very stressful day and and it lead to wine and chocolate!:sad2: I tried to be better today but my head wasnt in the game.

    Tomorrows monday so back on the wagon properly tomorrow! very easy to give up when you have been "bad" but i must not! My plan is to get out for an extra walk to two, heres to another loss this week.

    Oooooo, some super losses going on here over last few days!! Well done everyone!! :goodvibes

    Today, I've finally managed, albeit only half an hour, to get on my Wii fit. I've been trying to get on there now for three weeks and never had a moment! I'm quite pleased, just hope I can get on again, maybe for longer, during the week.

    I am not looking forward to weigh-in this week though. It's been my brother's birthday, so we celebrated with a cake obviously :rotfl: So I reckon it could be bad for the losses this week....eeek! Tuesday will reveal all I suppose!

    No loss for me this week, thought I gained an lb but it comes and goes. Got an hour long Zumba class tomorrow evening. Going to try and do more, but its difficult fitting it around everything else :( anyway, positive thoughts.
