Don't let that stop you be positive and motivated for the week to come, maybe get out for an extra walk or what ever you like to do. It might just be a fluctuation if you know you were good. Other wise get those trainers on and you will be so happy to have a minus next week. (ps all easier said than done I'm no angel just trying to be encouraging Hehe x )

Don't stress Jazzy, it's a new week for you, and next week you could lose it again with a little more added too Try not to let it get you down, you know you can do it Lots of luck for next week
I just think you will find you lose more in the next couple of weeks, don't stress out keep exercising and eat healthily and you will be fine.
Please don't be disheartened....it'll come back good! Keep going with the healthy eating and it will fall off again I'm sure!
I've eaten a load of rubbish this weekend back on it tomorrow. I'm determined not to fail.

Well done on STS...like you say, better than gaining! I know it's frustrating not loosing, I got that last week, but I guess it is better than putting on! Good luck for the week coming up

Agree. Everyone has days or weeks that are not as good. Just try to concentrate on the end result and you'll be fine!
Me too, I helped hubby demolish a box of Maltesers last night and this dreadful weather doesn't help either. The trick is, if you have a bad day, try and let it be one day and not use it as an excuse to 'start again next week' Good Luck to anyone who has struggled over the weekend, it really can be hard to exercise or not have a few biccies with a nice hot cup of tea when it's so cold out

Just a half pound loss for me this week. Still, it's better than nothing
Lost another pound, I'm getting a little bit closer to my goal each week, well done everyone I find all your encouragement is very inspiring and its really helping me to keep focused on my plan thank you so much. I stepped up my exercise goal at the weekend I'm hoping to keep up with a little more now that my fitness levels are improving I no longer get out of breath whoo hoo that's gotta be good!!

I posted on the main board as could not find the dieting thread on community last week. I lost 3lbs last week but stayed the same this week. Bit disappointed but Iv had bread this week which I only had 4 slices all last.
Has everyone tried those new special K crisps??? 21 crisps for 94 calories 0.3g sat fat they are a £1 a box in spar and cone in sweet chilli salt and vin and think the other is cheese and sour cream.

No I've not tried those crisps, what did you think of them ? Are they like proper crisps or those weird polystyrene types ?
Lost 1lb this week. I'm pleased with that after a big loss last week. Takes my total now to 18lbs lost.
I'm not concentrating on my end goal yet but u have another 3lbs to lose until I get to my first WW target of losing 10% of my starting weight.
Good luck fir everyone else weighing in this week. It's been a tough week with the snow.
