A little pixie dust at 'Ohana

    We ate at 'Ohana last week and it was the best meal of our trip! We had outstanding service! Since we booked the reservation 3 days before the trip, we were only able to secure a very late ADR at 8:30. My 4 year old son ate 2 bites of bread and fell asleep in his chair. This wasn't a big deal to us at all, we were able to enjoy our meal in peace and not have to worry about rushing back to our resort. Our sever, Anna, was so sweet! She actually felt bad that our little one fell asleep and took him off the price of our bill. We were not expecting her to do that and would have gladly paid for him. She even boxed him up two cupcakes and a candle since he was wearing his birthday button. We really enjoyed our meal here and can't wait to get back!

    What a nice server. that's one of the reason we love Disney so much. It's special little things like that which makes your trip so much more special.

    The random acts of pixie dust is one of the reasons we enjoy going to Disney World.

    I bet that it made your server's day too :) She probably really loves her job and enjoys being able to make her guest's experiences memorable.

    A similar thing happened to us on our very first visit to Ohana. We also could only get a later reservation and our younger daughter, who was less than 1 at the time, cried endlessly and would not calm down. We finally had to tell our server we had to leave about halfway through our meal. She insisted that none of us pay for the meal, and we were amazed! And grateful!
