A few more pictures, a last day, time to go home (pictures)

Here are a few more pictures, from Natalie's last day at the World,
Sunday.

We started the day with CamColt (Katie), who was also staying at
the Swan for a few days. We had a nice relaxing breakfast and then
strolled the grounds at the Swan Dolphin. They are so very pretty.
And it was great to finally meet CamColt. Here Katie and Natalie strike a
pose by the Grotto pool area, Swan in the background.

And another one, looking across the lake between the two resorts, and the
beach.

Natalie and I then headed over to MGM for her last day, and it was a fun
one. Here are some pretty Christmas plantings in front of Brown Derby, the
parks are awash in color this time of the year.

And Walt, we do have to thank him for it all. It was enjoyable watching
the film at One Man's Dream.

And here is Natalie's favorite, Tink, all decked out for the holidays in the
animation area.

And Marie's favorite.

And I suppose this guy could be Vince's favorite.

There's a long story behind this picture with Aunt Claire at Prime
Time. If Mare stops by this thread, she will explain it, a fun
story. Our lunch there was great, and fun as usual.

As we were leaving the park after a long day, having to finish getting set to
leave, for the airport, we came upon the wonderful Streetmosphere folks.
They are hilarious, one of my most favorite attractions at MGM. This guy
was having a ball with the little kid.

And she had everybody literally in stitches.​

Among them, Natalie.

The young lady in the white shorts was cracking up so much, she was a show in
herself. This 15 minutes of Streetmosphere was probably the highlight of
the day.

Natalie, and I also, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

And a goodbye to MGM, as we take the Friendship back to the Swan to ready to
leave.

We had some fun days.

Natalie, all packed, ready to go.

At MCO. We had some fun times over the past four days, it was great.

I then headed backed to WDW, walked on over to Epcot, watched Illuminations
with another DIS'er, Kathi, who recently has lost her husband to cancer, and she
herself a breast cancer survivor of a few years. It was nice meeting her, after
'talking' here on the DIS the past few years, her little daughter, Mara, and
Kathi's brother and family.
And so ends another day at the World.​

Dan, great pictures as always. Love the street performers! Looks like you and Natalie had a wonderful Dad/Daughter trip. Vince is next! AND MARIE!

Geez Dan...the picture story is kind of long! Took me a while to explain it to YOU! But here it is...

I had sent Auntie Claire (my favorite relative ...REALLY!) a Thanksgiving card last year (with a picture of our 3 kids and the dog), and then another DISer, Buckalew (Brenda) went to Prime Time with her family and asked Auntie Claire if she remembered me. Well, Auntie Claire had my Thanksgiving card in her pocket...had just gotten it that day! So they (Auntie Claire, Brenda, and her DD) took a picture holding my card. I brought THAT picture (Auntie Claire, Brenda, her DD and my card) to WDW in August, and we (me, DH, our 3 kids and Auntie Claire) took a picture holding THAT picture. In Dan's picture, he's holding the picture of us with Auntie Claire holding the picture of Brenda, etc, holding my Thanksgiving card.
