Glad to hear you are felling better! Hopefully this morning you are even better! I hope you can at least enjoy the rest of your trip! You did so much planning and deserve for it to go on without a hitch!

So sorry to hear that you were not feeling well, but I'm glad to head that you started to feel better. I hope that you were feeling well enough to enjoy the Food & Wine Festival and Club Villain last night. I can't wait to hear about your trip. Hope that you have a safe trip back today!!

I'm starting a new PTR for May! And rethinking our resort too!

Which resorts are you thinking of? I'd really like to stay at the Beach Club, but it's pretty expensive (standard rooms are already gone) so I'm considering a few others too (like WL, royal rooms at PORS). I'm also looking at September if we can't stay at the Beach Club in May it would be more affordable in September but so would all the other resorts :scratchin

I hope you're finally feeling better Raeven!

Thank you! I'm actually still a little sick, but it's been clearing up a lot this week.

We are looking at CSR, POR, GF and AKL. I've kind of left it up to Blair's mom. I've even run the numbers for split stays, etc. (In my PP presentation :thumbsup2) If we were going to do Deluxe, it would probably be cheaper to try and rent points but that is an ironclad commitment that I just can't chance so we'll have to hope for a really good deal. I don't think that she would care in the end about a moderate vs a deluxe but we'll see.

So are you thinking you'd do May and Sept 2017 or you would do one or the other?

I'm thinking of going back to Sept in 2018.

YES, DO WL!!! You know how much we loved it in August!!!! To be fair we haven't stayed at BC yet (46 days :goodvibes) but the WL was absolutely amazing. The only thing is by May if the construction is done, the current "standard rooms" that have a view of the MK may be moved to "TPV". But even without that the lodge is great. That's my vote lol!

I have made a decision for resorts next year. Wilderness Lodge for May and Beach Club for September. :cheer2:

This all looks amazing!! Chug your vitamin C, gurl!! Haha. I'm going to keep bugging you about that - because you HAVE to be well for the ENTIRE trip this time!

And WHOO HOO for WL! I'm trying to get my May trip booked but Hurricane Matthew got in the way! I need to update my PTR. AND my TR. So much to do!!

What are your Sept dates? @VACamm bounced back for her same week in Sept, I think....

Wilderness Lodge for May :cheer2: I'm so jealous and excited for you at the same time! Did you book yet? And BC too! I'll be able to give you my thoughts on there in another 42 days :good vibes

You mentioned wanting to visit Haunted Houses in your area. Have you ever heard of the Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted House in Ulster Park, NY? It's too late for this year because I'm sure all the weekends left are sold out, and I'm not sure exactly how far it'd be for you but I'm guessing maybe 90 minutes? It's about 30 minutes north of me and I think Schenectady is 2 hours from here. Might seem far for a haunted house but if you look online it's AWESOME. Fangoria magazine has named it one of the top 20 haunted houses in the country. I haven't been in about 10 years but Holy Crap, I don't get scared of any movies or books or whatever but I'll tell you, they do a fantastic job!

Yes we booked for May! Looking forward to your review on the Beach Club too.

Yes! I've been to that one twice. We went last year so we might wait a little to go again but it was great last year. You would think they'd sell out but we went Halloween weekend last year and the crowds weren't too bad. There's another one called Pure Terror Screampark that's also like 90 minutes away we went 2 years ago so we're considering going again, and there's one in Utica called Caho Industrial we were considering too. We went to a closer one this weekend called Night Terrors Haunted Farm that was like 20 minutes away. We've also been to Double M and Frightfest at 2 parks in the past, but Headless Horseman is our favorite so far around here!
Ricky's friend just went to Pure Terror Screampark, loved it! Well if and when you decide to do Headless Horseman again you'll have to tell me so we can meet up :thumbsup2
