I contacted them about the SI problem and they did not say there was any problem. They did give me a couple of tips to pass on: 1) Do not hit on the "want to take more surveys" button. Click on our link from start again. This is for both when you don't qualify or if you have completed the survey and are going to try for another. 2)The SI errors seem to be happening to those that are using the same browser for all SI surveys and not rotating. Hope these can help some of you.
