Hey friends. I just saw my stateroom assignment is 7190 and it looks like it is a 5E which would mean it has an oversized veranda. If so that would be an upgrade...can anyone confirm this? Thanks.

According to my DCL brochure it is a 5E with a larger verandah than most in the 5E category. It also appears to be a larger room.

    Nice upgrade!

Thanks...that's what I thought. I was in a Cat 6B so the oversized veranda is definately an upgrade and will be very nice.

We were in 7190 last April. The room is huge. We believe it was originally supposed to be a handicap room. There is only one bathroom as opposed to the usual two/split bathroom but it also is huge. Shower (also oversize) only though, no tub.
Although it appears to be close to a standard depth the verandah wraps around almost a third of width of the ship! Absolutely wonderful aft views everywhere the ship went.
We originally booked as a GTY and were assigned this room. Needless to say we were thrilled.

    Congratulations!

    Feel free to ask questions!

Do you have pictures of the room?
